Who are Bitterne Box?

Bitterne Box deliver farm-fresh, locally sourced fruit and veg to people in their homes across Southampton. A sustainable service that’s easy to manage, they pride themselves on selecting the highest quality produce.

What did they need?

With a clear focus on the sustainability and ethics of the food they supply to their customers, Bitterne Box needed a delivery service to help maximise their positive impact. They also needed a company who could provide a supportive service, responding to their growing needs.

How does Zedify help?

Zedify provides Bitterne Box with a sustainable pre-booked delivery service in Southampton, using a fleet of zero emission cargo bikes which operate from our edge of city centre microhub. Our friendly local team of riders are highly trained and paid the real Living Wage which helps them provide a really great service at the doorstep.

What are the results?

Bitterne Box tell us they love working with our team. Each year we make around 10,400 deliveries which results in 2,111kg of CO2 saved every year and contributes 1,733 hours work for a Living Wage employed rider.
