What we're doing to help
We're still up and running and doing deliveries! Our staff are being complete heroes and are out and about doing essential work getting stuff moved for our customers. We'll use this page to keep you posted on what we’re doing at Zedify to help keep our customers and those we deliver to updated.
Supporting the community
As a community based service, we want to support local businesses in getting goods out quickly and efficiently to those most in need. As movement becomes more and more restricted, we are starting to focus more on the critical delivery needs - food, supplies, medicines and particularly to those most in need. We also recognise our role in ensuring deliveries are handled professionally and in a way that minimises the risk of spreading infection.
Set up your shop for local deliveries
If you're an individual stuck at home and need local products, please get in touch with your local shop and ask them to set up an account with us so they can coordinate deliveries to you.
If you're a local key supply shop - we can help! If people can't come to your store, they can still order directly from you and we can get the goods out quickly. We have some simple tech for shops and other organisations to be able to book deliveries online and for these to be efficiently delivered by one of our riders. We're offering:
Same-day deliveries if booked by 2pm
Small, medium and large packages
Prices from just £3/item (varies between depots)
Online booking and tracking
In addition we're also being supported by some volunteers and we may be able to offer free help and support to those most in need.

Top levels of hygiene
All our staff are employed and receive statutory sick pay as a minimum, so we are ensuring that only those fit and well are out doing deliveries. We are following government guidelines in ensuring all staff who show symptoms are self-isolating.
Our riders and office staff are regularly washing hands and carry alcohol wipes while out on the road so that they can keep themselves and their equipment virus free.
At our depots, we are sanitising our fleet of vehicles as well as the devices we use to help us with our deliveries.
We have introduced a ‘no contact’ policy on making deliveries - no signatures needed. At homes, we’ll leave goods on the doorstep, knock and wait for an answer but stand 2 metres back whilst the door is opened. We are working with individual organisations about leave safe options so that minimal time in the building is needed.
