Who are Freddie’s Flowers?

Started in a tent in his mum and dad’s garden and originally delivered on a bright yellow milk float, Freddie’s now delivers beautiful, sustainable, fresh flowers to thousands of homes across the UK.

What did they need?

Making deliveries as green as possible is key to Freddie’s meeting their Science Based Targets commitment to reduce carbon emissions by 5% each year. They need a reliable partner to provide urban bike deliveries in multiple UK cities as they grow.

How does Zedify help?

We use cargo bikes and trikes to deliver 1,500 Freddie’s subscription boxes in four cities, each week. Our bespoke technology platform has been adapted to make operations as simple as possible. Freddie’s say that it’s the responsive, flexible approach from Zedify which makes working together so positive.

What are the results?

Making deliveries by bike where possible, Freddie’s is breaking ground as a national flower retailer. Their customers love the flowers arriving by bike, and the fact that each delivery helps improve their city. Together, Freddie’s and Zedify were shortlisted for an edie Sustainable Leader’s Award for achievements including 4.5 tonnes of CO2 savings each year.
